When will my items be shipped?

Items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days.

Pre-order items will be shipped within the time-frame stated on the item.

PARCEL POST STANDARD SHIPPING: 

Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.

Under normal circumstances we aim for:

  • Same state: 2–5 business days

  • Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

Express Post is still the fastest way to get mail from A to B, but we can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery right now. Items may take longer than usual to arrive.
